PRO Membership
PRO membership is managed through Patreon, a third-party platform, and is not billed directly by 4KFilmDb. By joining a PRO tier, you agree to Patreon's own terms and billing practices in addition to this policy.
PRO access is manually verified and activated within 24 hours of completing the verification form linking your Patreon membership to your 4KFilmDb account. Access continues for as long as your Patreon membership remains active; if you cancel or your payment lapses, PRO access reverts to the free tier at the end of your current billing period. Your account and any saved data (library, presets) are retained regardless of membership status.
Refunds are handled through Patreon directly, per Patreon's policies, not by 4KFilmDb.
Acceptable Use
Data on this site, including quality scores, HDR/audio metadata, verdicts and disc reference information is compiled through manual research and independent scoring methodology and constitutes 4KFilmDb's own work product. Automated scraping, bulk extraction or unauthorized access to the site's underlying data (including via its API) for redistribution or use in third-party products is prohibited without prior written permission.
PRO features and data are provided for personal use by the account holder and may not be shared, resold or redistributed.
